Get started with an industry-leading assessment process. It comprises three parts.
The assessment will then focus and guide the remainder of your retreat. It ensures that the skills you would benefit from the most are covered first. The rest of your retreat will focus on work guided by a Certified Gottman Therapist.

If scheduling six hours in a day for a retreat is difficult due to childcare, jobs, or other factors, sessions can be spread out into half days or evenings.
